How can recycled clothing be new? Cotton: 1) We cut and break the fibres into small cotton fibres. 2) We re-spin the cotton into new threads. 3) We weave the new fabric. 4) We sew our new recycled clothing. We also make clothing out of polyester from drinking bottles.
All products at Bella ciao are produced on demand and not on stock.
With the help of "on-demand processes" we can offer a relatively large selection of products without wasting unnecessary resources. We work with different printing companies who produce our Bella ciao products after receipt of the order and then send them directly to you without detours. In this way, we save resources in the form of textiles and printing inks, senseless back and forth shipping, but also energy for the manufacture and storage of products and much more.
Where possible, we offer products made from organic materials and also have them manufactured locally and, if feasible, shipped plastic-free.

Our purpose is to redesign the clothing industry. This is the story so far....
Our products are made from natural materials, using renewable energy, and everything we make is designed from the start to be sent back when it is worn out. We make new products from the materials we recover. Instead of making waste, we make new products from it. It's a circular supply chain.
Consciously crafted clothing by the Norfolk seaside. Inspired by nature, our garments are made to order, using natural, ethical and sustainable materials. Each piece is versatile and timeless, created with an eco-conscious and waste-led design.
We make responsible fashion you can cherish for a lifetime.
Whether your shoes are made from oil, organic plants, or the skin from an animal, everything has an impact on the environment. Based on this principle, the less raw materials the better. That is why we use repurposed or recycled materials wherever it's possible without compromising on durability or comfort.
Inspired by Danish design, global art, elegant architecture and contemporary culture a path has found to combine ready-to-wear-everyday-footwear, climate action and a continued journey towards a sustainable profile.
Our take on this is to make people aware. To inspire people to make responsible choices that will force the clothing industry to change. At the same time we want to present an authentic alternative – quality clothing for a sustainable lifestyle.
Ready to FIGHT the WAR on WASTE? Then it's time to pull your socks up. Current rates of global production are unsustainable. So, we avoid 'new' materials, & instead knit with 'waste'. Socks made by waste.
At Kørt Håndlaget Lær, we believe the items you buy and wear should serve you with style and functionality, without any compromise. The promise of intelligent design, beauty and simplicity is woven into each and every one of our products, along with the quality and trust of being individually handcrafted in Norway. Our products are all multi-use and multi-purpose, which means one product can serve many functions and as different types of bags. This way, we are trying to encourage our customers to buy less, and therefore contribute less to all the products that end up in our oceans and in landfill.
Vivien Joy is a sustainable fashion label that places great value on fair and sustainable production. Exceptional and beautiful cuts play a big role, just as a cosy fit is extremely important. Minimalism is also something that the brand stands for, because less is more. As we all know, we should buy less, but more consciously and, above all, only what suits us.

Ghost nets drift freely through all of our oceans and pose an immense threat to countless marine animals. This is the sad reality of the underwater world, until the nets have decomposed after 600-800 years only to further contaminate oceans and marine animals with microplastics – unless we do something about it.

The fashion industry is a dirty bastard. So we put sustainable thinking at the center of everything - that means we only choose fabrics that care for our environment and we only ever partner with factories that care about their impact, too. When we say sustainability is our core mission we don’t mean that sustainability is nice to have - we mean that it’s the only way we act.
A native of New Zealand, Tim Brown was always well versed in the magical qualities of merino wool. Inherently curious, he began asking himself why such a remarkable, sustainable resource was virtually absent in the footwear industry. And with that spirit of wonder, the Allbirds journey began.
We are tired of endless consumption and the throw away culture – and therefore, we’ve created a response. Our mission is to create fashion that combines high quality and craftsmanship with an intelligent take on functionality and responsibility.
